Executive Board 2025Daniel Roland, President Dan, is a diver with 15 years of experience, proudly continuing a family tradition started by his grandfather, a pioneer in South Florida's 1960s aqua lung community. Though he's dived worldwide, his favorite spot remains the Horseshoe in the Florida Keys. Daniel lives in Williamsburg, VA, with his wife, Ashley, and their three children, Hudson, Finn, and Fisher. Simaii Keith, Vice President Simaii, Brings a wealth of experience to the role. He's been a dedicated part of the Lake Phoenix team since 2015, following his earlier work at Lake Rawlings from 2010 to 2014. If you're visiting Lake Phoenix for RDC Diver Days, chances are you'll be checking in with Simaii! His extensive qualifications include Master Diver certification, active PCI-PSI Visual Cylinder Inspector, and expertise in O2 cleaning/gas blending and valve repair.
