If you have not completed 2022 RDC Waiver please print and bring to the Lake. The Lake Phoenix waiver is also required and must be completed on-line PRIOR to arriving.
Family members names (first/last) must be listed when registering in the text box provided. All participants, not just divers, must be listed on the REQUIRED Lake Phoenix Manifest. RDC will only pay for individuals listed on the Manifest submitted to Lake Phoenix 48 hours prior to the scheduled Diver Day.
Diver Day Camping weekend will be back to back Diver Days on Friday and Saturday. The club will cover the cost of entry for Lake Phoenix. Club members have the option to camp and have a great dive weekend. Please contact Lake Phoenix for camping information.
